Kingscliff Ocean Vista

Absolutely stunning, great location. Highly recommend it for families.

A short stroll to everything Kingscliff has to offer, we returned for another wonderful holiday experience at Ocean Vista and we were not disappointed. Multiple living areas and flexible sleeping - this property is perfect for our holiday group (2 families, total of 11 guests). Pool, spa, pool table and PlayStation were all appreciated as were the full kitchen and balconies overlooking the water. Hoping to return in 2023. Highly recommended.

We booked 4nights. The house was very clean and the best thing was that all the family could stay in on house. Beds were all very comfy, plenty of seating. Morning walks and swim at the beach arvo’s in the pool. Easy walking to the beach, inlet and park for the little people. Great spot definitely recommend. Use those legs going up and down those stairs lol

Accommodation very comfortable and suits family groups well. Only downside was there was dirty linen left from previous guests that we noticed real estate on first day and during the stay and was never removed. Also the advertisement and rental agreement said that pool and hot tub serviced weekly. They only came on the day after our arrival as we had to complain about the hot tub smelling. Never came again in the two weeks we were there. Other downside was only one key worked for the whole premises even though given two sets of keys.

So we had booked this house for 2 families. It is a 3 level, house with ALOT of stairs. I found it very difficult as I have 4 children all under the ages of 5, 2 being twins therefore the stairs were not Ideal. There was really only 1 bathroom which was on level 2 and being a big house that sleeps 12 people wasn’t the greatest having only 1 proper bathroom.We had to call out an electrician as the oven wasn’t working and the spare toilet had no light. It just seems that they don’t really keep up with the maintenance of this house. Location wise was brilliant!

Enjoyed the great location, plenty of hot water, good selection of games and books. Well stocked kitchen.

Love it was spacious enough for everyone to hang out together as well as couples having their own private space.The entertainment facilities were excellent such as the swimming pool and pool table.

We shared this holiday house with two other families for a week during the Easter vacation. Overall there were 6 adults and five children. We found it worked well for our needs. It's an old house with an updated modern kitchen, it certainly doesn't have all the bells and whistles of a new home but we found that made it just as much fun (and interesting), especially for the kids. Some of the perks we found were - Great location, short walk to beach and shops, modern kitchen with decent coffee machine, spacious living areas, plenty of movies to choose from.
